My day and thoughts on stuff
Wednesday, 7 July 2004

Today was a pretty average day. I ran into an old hag who had an attitude problem at school. If only I had a camera to show what happens when you're a 50 y/o old and not married.

Finally watched Spiderman 2 today. Okay of a movie. At times it seemed a bit dragged out. What is with the girl who lives across from peter? I don't remember her from any comics and was nothing more than a useless character. If she was eye candy I wouldn't complain. But she was hideously thin, it seemed as though you could break her in half.

Seems I spoke too soon. Georgie Boy has already started hacking at "I'm not the guy who talks to dead people"(John Edwards). Okay I couldn't come up with a better name. Can't wait to see some better mud sling.

until the next day....

Hmm, day 1. Finally decided to join the whole blog thingy. So away we go....

Today I help teach my cousin how to drive stick shift. It went okay. But she's a short person and had trouble and had to move the seat all the way up just so she could step down on the clutch. Few more hours in a closed parking lot then off to city streets.

Political News for the day is John Kerry decides to go with John Edwards as his VP. Its funny really, neither guy has anything in common with on one another. Kerry changes his position every time, and Edwards seems way to much of a straight arrow. Where's the dirt on other people. That's what I want to see.

Really though neither bush or kerry no crap about what's going on in America. Georgie boy rich and Lurch(kerry) is married to a billionaire. Its strange how any of us bother listening to these guys talk about looking out for the little guy. Yet they've probably never seen what's it really like. They probably at one time in their political career pull some stunt like sleep with the homeless or something just to drum up support.

Beyond politicians are celebrities who think they are politicians. For now its Michael Moore. I'm fine with him making whatever film he wants to make. But what's with the poor man gimmick. Quit playing that. He's a rich fat guy. plain and simple. In most cases any change in government policy hardly effects him or any other celebrity. When's the last time you saw the govt come down on a celebrity? Simply put it, DON'T LISTEN TO ANY CELEBRITY'S OPINION ON POLITICS.

In sporting news the Lakers are now going after Rudy T. Why did they go with the Duke coach anyhow? It probably looks like Rudy is gonna be the guy. I personally see Shaq's "trade me" to be nothing more than him whining for his 25+ mil a year contract extention he wants. Personally he should grow up and take a damn pay cut. Shaq is not worth a max deal. Sure he's big but the guy is damn lazy on top of that is getting old. Work on stupid free throws. I'm not asking for 90%. Why build a full size basketball court in your orlando home? Nothing else to waste your money on?

Kobe's playing the free market is nothing more than him want the lakers to cough up more like say a guaranteed contract so if one day he's bored he can pull a "Grant Hill" and sit on the bench on earn 12 mil. As for his little "rape" case. From what I seen the white hoe is supposedly "rape" is a little chunky. Cmon, have you seen his wife? With a wife like that, millions of dollars in his pocket. Does he really need to force anyone? Hopefully his lawyer will use the Chewbacca defense. Watch South Park and you'll know.

Until tomorrow...
